XharePay Terms of Service

1. Eligibility

4. Payouts and Transactions

All payouts are subject to verification, compliance with applicable laws, and our payment processor’s terms, including the Stripe Connect Account Agreement and Stripe Services Agreement. You authorize us to facilitate payments and share necessary information with collaborators and payment providers.

5. Fees

We may charge fees for certain Services. Any fees will be disclosed before you incur them and are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and other intellectual property rights in the Services are owned by XharePay or our licensors. You may not use them without our prior written consent.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at our discretion, including if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your rights to use the Services will immediately end.
